Proteomics dataset of Lotus japonicus hemoglobin mutants [Dataset]
Four excel files, each containing three sheets. The excel files correspond to leaves of non-nodulated plants (LNN), leaves of nodulated plants (LN), roots of non-nodulated plants (R), and nodules (N). The sheets within each file correspond to the glb1, glb2, and glb1/glb2 mutants. Non-nodulated plan...

| Sumario: | Four excel files, each containing three sheets. The excel files correspond to leaves of non-nodulated plants (LNN), leaves of nodulated plants (LN), roots of non-nodulated plants (R), and nodules (N). The sheets within each file correspond to the glb1, glb2, and glb1/glb2 mutants. Non-nodulated plants (L. japonicus ecotype Gifu) were grown on 5 mM ammonium nitrate. Nodulated plants (L. japonicus ecotype Gifu) were inoculated with Mesorhizobium loti strain MAFF303099 and grown on 0.25 mM ammonium nitrate. All plant material was harvested when plants were 7 weeks old. The proteins listed are only those showing a relative abundance WT higher than 2-fold or lower than 0.5-fold and with Student's t-test significance P<0.05.
