Sumario:Online Channels in financial institutions allows customers with disabilities to access services in a convenient way for them. However, one of the current challenges of this sector is to improve web accessibility and to incorporate technological resources to provide access to multimedia and video content, which has become a new form of internet communication. The present work shows in detail the strategy followed when designing and developing the new video player used by Bankinter for these purposes.
