| Sumario: | [EN] The relationship between firms¿ resilience and their location in clusters remains inconclusive, largely due to variations in the nature of the disruptions and industry characteristics. This study examines how clusters can strengthen the resilience of their embedded firms ¿ particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) ¿ facing global crises with local impacts. Based on qualitative evidence from the Valencian textile cluster in Spain during the COVID-19 pandemic, the findings reveal that activating the cluster¿s institutional infrastructure was crucial to fostering SMEs¿ collaboration and collective action. These coordinated responses enhanced their capacity to adapt, survive, and remain competitive in an increasingly disruptive environment. |
