Descripción
Sumario:The purpose of this work is to evaluate the implementation of the curricular innovation of the basic education career at the UPLA, analyzing the evaluation activities carried out, according to teachers and students, the graduation profile and what was declared in the learning modules The research is attached to the descriptive and cross-sectional type. Through a mixed methodological approach, quantitative and qualitative techniques are combined, obtaining non-numerical and numerical data, with emphasis on the latter. The results show that the evaluation activities employed by teachers are numerous and diverse in nature, however, a low percentage are prone to the mobilization of authentic tasks and the activity most used to evaluate learning is the written test with dichotomous answer questions or multiple choice. There is a preponderance in the formulation of questions that promote the information processes and skills corresponding to the lower cognitive level, that is: remember facts, define concepts or retrieve data. In conclusion, it is found that the evaluation activities promoted by teachers in the Basic Education career do not correspond fully, with what is stated in the Curricular Innovation for the formation of pedagogy students.
