Studies highlight the importance of gender balance in dialogues to ensure inclusive representations. This study analyzes oral texts in three series of Italian L2/FL textbooks (A1-B1), revealing a slight imbalance favoring male voices and a tendency to associate women with the domestic sphere and men with the workplace, with some innovative exceptions. |
