Sumario:The unity of the international legal framework and its fragmentation into different and relatively autonomous normative systems are two sides of the same coin. As public international law expands its material scope and new regimes emerge, it becomes increasingly necessary to resort to legal techniques that reinforce its unity and guarantee its coherence. This doctoral thesis analyzes one of these legal techniques, the normative integration, paying special attention to the integration of core labor rights in the different systems of international trade.
