Descrição
Resumo:[EN] he onomasiological structure of the lexicom is still a challenge to be faced in French lexicography. Indeed, the development of new dictionaries representing lexical units in terms of their semantic links to other lexical units would be extremely helpful for users. In this article, we explore the property of troponomy which determines the semantic inclusion relations of verbs. In fact, it has proven to be a very effective tool when determining the hierarchical structure of the verbal lexicon. The case study of verbs of eating, described in this article, illustrates how this property can be used in lexicography to represent verbal lexemes.
