| Sumario: | [EN] The results of a survey of 833 families with children in the Primary cycle attending the school cafeteria are presented. Opinions are collected from 33 public and private centers of the Basque Country. Overall satisfaction with food depends on the type or management model of the school cafetería. The lowest valuation is when the food is prepared in a central kitchen and it is taken to the school center keeping it cold (the satisfaction level is 6.01 points out of 10), while the highest is when it is cooked in the school and the families participate in the purchase of raw materials (9.26 points). Cooking in the school with raw materials provided by a catering company also gets a low score among families (6,45). |
