This study’s qualitative methodology is based on data triangulation obtained by the Delphi method, focus groups and a literature review. The participants are international experts in WIL. The outcome of the research is a set of specific and transversal competencies and functions for both types of tutors who guide and supervise students throughout their learning process in a workplace-based university program.
