Sumario:Following previous studies published by our research group in this study we have included psychotic delusion, with its main subtypes, to try to to find a posible relation with variables not previously much studied, such as atttention, personality and age at onset, with the reference of salience as the etiopathogenic modell fo delusions. A sample of 144 patients with a diagnosis of psychosis, of whom the main part present delusional symptoms are contrasted with the non delusional patients and with their first degree relatives. A neuropsychological pattery and dofferent personality tests are used for evaluate the sample. Relations between frequency end subtype with age at onset are found. Also between delusionality and its subtypes with personality traits of but not with specific attentional patterns. The rol of attention in salience would be a modulating one
