| Sumario: | [EN] During the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work represented a radical change in the employment landscape. Subsequently, various situations such as the DANA (Dangerous Digital Disability Act) have led to the need to carry out work remotely in the face of risky situations. Remote work is not always a way to achieve work-life balance, especially for women, who, far from having more time, are forced into endless days to attend to work, their descendants, and ascendants, entering a vicious cycle of inability to disconnect and increasing discriminatory bias. With artificial intelligence, where the use of resources can streamline work, we wonder if we are truly facing a new reality or if it represents a substantial increase in workload. The lack of adequate instruments to articulate sufficient guarantees to eliminate the digital divide also increases discrimination in remote work, which, far from being an opportunity for work-life balance, becomes a handicap. The Sustainable Development Goals have become a utopia, and resources must be established to achieve them. In conclusion, we can highlight the need for specific legislation to prevent difficulties in reconciliation, as well as establishing valid tools to avoid overcrowding and discriminatory biases |
