Sumario:The emergency digs promoted by the reforms to the Justice palace in Girona, at the former ‘Casal dels Pastors’ (1970-1973), inside the walls of the Roman city, next to the northern gate, allowed us to identify a very powerful stratigraphical sequence realed in ancient time. The upper layer was connected to the Late Empire walls and lower one to the foundational. In this work, we study the pottery from the lower layers, which furnish us with a complete and rich source of the instrumentum domesticum used in this territory during the first third of the first century B.C
