Sumario:This is a realistic study of the weaknesses of the Mexican financial system as compared to the competence of strong American associations and the broader Canadian experience in this área, according to the new perspectives of the Treaty of Free Commerce in North America. At the same time, we can see the possible advantages on the sector in the transition towards associated free commerce between the three countries of the area, marking the immediate system México has to adopt to avoid a tronger tendency towards financial concentration in order to effectively safeguard the Mexican Political Constitution.
