This work aims at determining the number of clicks that users are willing to do in order to get the content they are looking for. Methodology: User tests are carried out to observe users' performance and reactions while navigating these websites. The methodological approach is a concurrent design based on triangulation and it includes the collection of quantitative and qualitative data. Results: The number of clicks is not related to failure but it is associated with the perception of difficulty. Discussion and Conclusions: It is advisable for newspapers' mobile websites to include a search engine which allows users to access information straightaway.Universidad de La Laguna2018201820182018info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion19 p.application/pdfhttps://hdl.handle.net/2445/121349Articles publicats en revistes (Biblioteconomia, Documentació i Comunicació Audiovisual)reponame:Recercat.
