Con el 150o aniversario de la concesión del título como ciudad por parte del rey Alfonso XII, el Ayuntamiento de Linares está celebrando diversas actividades que divulgan su historia. Con esta circunstancia, se ha trasladado al temario de 4o de ESO de la asignatura Geografía e Historia la oportunidad de estudiar, conocer y valorar los edificios que componen el casco urbano y las infraestructuras industriales del municipio, sin olvidar al ferrocarril. La situación didáctica, basada en un aprendizaje basado en proyectos -ABP-, propone al alumnado la composición de una página web en la que investiguen sobre algunos elementos, personajes, edificios... que han formado parte de la historia de Linares que llega hasta nuestros días. Este proyecto es una oportunidad para concienciar al alumnado sobre el patrimonio ya que, desde el aula, se trata la importancia del patrimonio y la necesidad de conservarlo. (EN) Linares has a rich and diverse industrial heritage, comprising landscape, historical, and artistic elements that form part of the municipality, some of which are located outside the town centre. To mark the 150th anniversary of the granting of city status by King Alfonso XII, the City Council of Linares is organising several activities to disseminate its history. In this context, the Geography and History curriculum for the fourth year of secondary education provides students with the opportunity to study, explore, and appreciate both the urban architecture and the industrial infrastructure of the municipality, with the railway also being taken into account. The proposed didactic situation, based on Project-Based Learning -PBL-, encourages students to design a web page through which they investigate elements, historical figures, or buildings that have played a role in the history of Linares up to the present day.
