We will verify that there is an evolution in the grammatical doctrine from the works of the first decades of the century, with a Latinizing tendency and in which the influence of the Academy predominates, until the last, where the influence of Andrés Bello is notable, passing through the grammars of the middle of the century, when, together with the Venezuelan, the figure of Vicente Salvá is considered as a reference.Analizamos en este trabajo el tratamiento de la sintaxis en un corpus de obras destinadas a la enseñanza de la gramática en las escuelas de Colombia durante el siglo XIX. En particular, nos concentramos en cuatro temas: 1) la posible distinción entre sintaxis natural y figurada; 2) el concepto de <em>régimen</em>; 3) el tratamiento de los casos; y 4) los criterios y la terminología utilizada para definir las unidades oracionales. Comprobaremos que se manifiesta una evolución en la doctrina sintáctica desde las obras de las primeras décadas del siglo, con tendencia latinizante y en las que predomina la influencia de la Academia, hasta las últimas, donde es notable el influjo de Andrés Bello, pasando por las gramáticas de mediados de la centuria, cuando, junto al venezolano, la figura de Vicente Salvá es considerada como referente.Servicio de Publicaciones de la Universidad de NavarraDadun.
