Resumo:[EN] This study examines knowledge diffusion within clusters, focusing particularly on the role of shared vision among leading firms and its influence on their relational dynamics within the cluster. The empirical analysis employs social network analysis and Stochastic Actor-Oriented Models (SAOM) on data gleaned from two consecutive surveys conducted in 2014 and 2019 among wineries in the Muntenia-Oltenia wine cluster in Romania. Findings suggest that fostering a shared vision among the companies of the cluster with a high level of technical capabilities, foreign ownership and international experience influences micro-connectivity choices at the local level, facilitating the establishment of valuable support linkages and knowledge diffusion between these firms and the rest of cluster companies. These findings are pivotal as they provide policymakers with insights into the mechanisms by which knowledge can be transferred from pertinent sources to actors apparently constrained by limited technical resources or access to predominantly local markets. Consequently, our study can facilitate the definition of policies aimed at fostering a more equitable knowledge distribution within clusters.
