Sumario:The house sales take place into the strong urban mutations in nineteen century in Spain. This paper studies the transformations of the property market and its importance into the global economic growth. The number of sales variations, their localisation, the prices fluctuations and the buyer social categories enlighten the tracks to follow to show the motors of changes. The inversion level comparison with others sectors permits to define real estate function into the diversification of opportunities which are offered to the wealthy before the liberal revolution.
