Sumario:[EN] This paper aims to characterize the current status of on-street regulated parking, focusing the study on the dynamic management. More specifically, the study defines and presents the state of the art of three basic aspects of regulated parking dynamic management as: digital media payment, dynamic fee and information of free parking spaces on public roads; and the influence they have on achieving a more efficient use of private vehicles, thus reducing cruising for parking for the shortest time spent on the operation, the availability of free parking spaces in high demand areas and better adaptation of the fee with the costs involved a parking space in the city. The work includes the description and analysis of a pilot experiment conducted in the city of Recife (Pernambuco, Brazil), for which a detailed study of the results is performed; clearly leaving exposed the potential system improvements and future research.
