| Sumario: | [EN] This study analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in relation to assisted reproduction. On the one hand, the implication in the case of surrogate motherhood is analyzed; and on the other hand, in the case of embryo selection. The lack of a specific regulation of artificial intelligence, the application of ¿electronic traceability¿ systems, as well as the detection of diseases and alterations through algorithms pose a challenge for the Law that has to answer all these questions. |
