| Sumario: | This project has intended to shed light in to the knowledge of Hemocyanin: from the evolutionary level, protein structure level and its interaction with other proteins. This motivation is given by the peculiarities of this protein: hemocyanin has been studied in close species before and it is possible to compare studies, it is a metalloprotein, which have a lot of scientific interest due to its importance in living organisms due to the chemical properties given by the metal, it has been reported that hemocyanin has anticancer effects and having more information about this protein may help in how this effect is produced. |
