El present TFM intenta cobrir en 360 graus l'anàlisi del sistema tributari i la integració de tots els processos principals de transformació i reestructuració de les empreses multinacionals. Entenent reestructuració no només pel que fa a l'estructura legal sinó també de la reorganització interna de les diferents funcions de l'empresa.Business restructuring is a natural process in the life of companies, understanding restructuring as a tool for adaptation to a highly changing and competitive environment. The present TFM tries to cover 360 degrees in the analysis of the tax system and the integration of all the main processes of transformation and restructuring of multinational companies.
