Sumario:[EN] This work comes with worry about training in new management techniques in the building sector. There is currently a gap in the training of these professionals and continue to find many problems in planning and project management, leading to activities or processes that do not add value along the same. The objective is to determine the degree of knowledge, application and motivation training in new management techniques to finally make a training proposal on inclusion in the educational guides of the degree in Technical / Engineering Building or similar architecture. Our research methodology is based on analysis of the state of art in reference to the Buyer on the training of professionals in the field. Knowledge to detect an exploratory survey sent electronically to professional associations and alumni of different Spanish universities offering degree the case study is performed. With the data obtained from the survey a statistical analysis is performed and then the curricula of the different universities that obtained participation in it are analyzed. Once given the lack of training the training proposal for the Polytechnic University of Valencia is performed. As for its contributions determined work concerns in terms of initial training, sensing that teaching is taught from schools in little or no relation to the subject. Younger respondents know more about this and it seems that the elderly do not recycle knowledge undergoing training, as unaware of many of the concepts presented. The Polytechnic University of Valencia is the pioneer in terms of the formation of these new management techniques. The application of some of these is minimal among respondents professionals and motivation for training is high among professionals. This is an investigation that contains a random part and a non-random because the shipping survey was conducted was known professionals and professionals by professionals or by public forums of social networking schools. Future research are intended to analyze the courses offered by private institutions in relation to new management techniques, known internationally the training being provided both from universities and from professional bodies and expanding the training proposal with a second, more specific survey.
