| Sumario: | This dataset contains experimental measurements of corona inception voltage (CIV) and breakdown voltage for air at various pressures and electrode gap distances, obtained under alternating current (AC), positive direct current (DC+), and negative direct current (DC–) excitation. All experiments were conducted in a controlled high-voltage laboratory using a rod-to-plane electrode configuration and a low-pressure chamber. The results are compared with the Paschen curve for air as reported by Dakin et al. (1974). This dataset supports studies of gas discharge behavior, corona inception mechanisms, and complete breakdown characteristics under different voltage polarities and pressures. |
