Sumario:Objectives. Propose a model of management skills during the training through an Outcome based education. Materials and methods. Case study applied to a medical school conducted between 2010 and 2013. Data Collected from authorities and teachers through in-depth interviews and pupils through questionnaires. Results. It was found that Outcome based Education is new to our country, teachers and authorities interviewed had been trained through extension courses in this curriculum model and each one of them found differential advantages over the traditional model. Students appreciated the assessment tools to which they had been subjected during its formation. Conclusions. An appropriate description of the competencies and criteria that define them, is essential for optimal evaluation
