The perceived smart tourism technology experience variable will be composed of a series of dimensions (informativeness, accessibility, personalization, and interactivity). In addition, the moderating effect of the geographical context variable will be analyzed and the researcher used the SPSS 24.0 program is used to develop these analyses. In addition, the modeling of structural equations has been used to verify the hypotheses raised in the theoretical models and the proposed multi-group models. For this, SmartPLS 4.0. Software. The research results of the study revealed that highlights technology's role and importance in the tourism and hotel industry. Also provides a potential opportunity for the tourism and hotel stakeholders to take technology usage and update under consideration to keep pace with the modern standards of satisfying the customer's needs.
