| Sumario: | The main objective of this article is to explore the climate responsibilities of corporations, in order to achieve the objectives established in the Paris Agreement and to ensure the necessary conditions for the enjoyment of human rights. On the one hand, this paper examines the role of corporations in the international climate change regime. On the other hand, it analyses some international soft law instruments that contain or clarify climate standards applicable to business operations or, failing that, recognize the role of corporations in the fight against climate change from a human rights perspective. |
