Sumario:Methionine supplementation during the suckling period of ewe lambs might program feed efficiency during the whole life time due to stable changes of epigenetic marks caused by methylation of DNA. The results of the present study revealed that methionine supplementation during the suckling period has a limited effect on epigenetic marks of DNA obtained from blood.
