Our research adopts the patient’s point of view with a sample of 1500 patients who have used teleconsultation in Spain between May and November 2022, therefore, in a post-COVID-19 scenario. We started from a technology accept- ance model, UTAUT, and applied a novel segmentation technique: Pathmox. As a result, we have obtained six segments of patients using teleconsultation with differentiated technology acceptance processes, and we also propose strategies adapted to each of them.SpringerAdministración de Empresas y MarketingJunta de Andalucía2025info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfapplication/pdfhttps://hdl.handle.net/11441/172325https://doi.org/10.1007/s10198-024-01753-4reponame:idUS.
