Resumo:The collaborative use of goods and products for the pure satisfaction of needs, instead of for the accumulation of possessions, as well as sustainability are advancing evenly in our societies. The durability of the period of reasonable use of the products is an essential question for the collaborative, sharing, economy (P2P), based on the reuse and successive (temporary) use of movable assets, goods, among various consumers. Here, we point to some possible reforms to increase the protection of the collaborative consumer, without charging the prosumer with liabilities related to manufacturers.Among our proposals is the improvement of the current system of guarantees (legal and commercial), a greater recourse to labeling and durability certifications that allow some certainty about the period in which consumer goods maintain their good use for manufactured purposes , and therefore are optimal for collaborative use
