Descripción
Sumario:[EN] Fossil material Restoration is, nowdays, a field little studied and referenced bibliographically in relation to other areas of the Restoration, therefore it is very necessary to conduct a brief historical overview about Paleontology and typological characterization and composition of fossil material , reinforced by historical review of formal Reintegration in paleontological Restoration and the criteria used. The heterogeneity of materials used, like fillers materials in formal reintegration in fossil materials, suggest several problems: be arise differents issues about the application of methods and materials that be used currently in relation to the characteristics of each piece. The general use of epoxy fill in various types of gaps, suggests search for alternatives. To Find putties of greater reversibility for application in reintegration to small and medium fossils, is the objetive to this research. This paper, pretends to do a comparative study of the behavior of physical-mechanical properties of six fillers of different composition in relation to its workability and aging. The physical-mechanical behavior characterization of each putty is made by assessing workability. Quantifying the changes after artificial accelerated aging tests is measured by varying the chromaticity coordinates, variability and analysis of mass changes on the surface. Have come to obtain relevant conclusions after the tests and analyzes performed to search alternative Fillers to formal reintegration of fossil material, remaining as a starting point for further research.
