Sumario:Vernacular architecture, a tangible and intangible heritage of great significance to both European and global culture, embodies the knowledge and creativity of societies which have built in harmony with their environment. Rooted in local materials and traditional techniques, it reflects deep cultural and environmental awareness, aswell as the social dynamics of communities. Preserving this heritage today means not only conserving physical structures, but also transmitting their intrinsic know-how and values.
