Pyridinium N-2 '-pyridylaminide: radical cyclization in the synthesis of annulated 2-aminopyridines
The synthesis of annulated 2-aminopyridines by intramolecular radical pyridylation of the appropriate substrates, obtained from pyridinium N-2'-pyridylaminide, can be performed using TTMSS and AIBN.
