| Sumario: | [EN] The design of a house always presupposes a commitment to accommodating family relationships. To set the scene for childhood, for the journey of life, and to establish the scales of measurement for the world. At the same time, the project is understood as a rehearsal, a possibility for many other constructions. This one, in particular, seeks to reinforce walking, the stroll as a way of perceiving the place. Times that coexist. The large corner plot was already densely wooded, opposite the access avenue, where there was a clearing. Thus, the project takes advantage of this free area, protects its inhabitants from the noise of the street and opens onto a small patch of woodland. The challenge is to build a new site by extending its qualities. The construction, in section, adapts to the geography, an area close to São Paolo with low hills. The floor plan allows for integration between the interior and exterior, which alternate, interweave and complement each other with water, fire and vegetation. Four planes built from three parallel retaining walls organise the landscape. |
