| Resumo: | In Colombia as in other countries of the region, the neoliberal system has deepened a crisis in the democratic system, the economy and the human rights situation. In addition to the authoritarianism which have historically characterized the democratic process in Colombia, expressed in the stigma, exclusion and elimination of the difference by political ideas, are added to the disputes of the power of various armed groups in the territories, because of the extractivism, the crops for illicit use, and the illegal income which have become law entities of authoritarian control of the population, above and in spite of the Social State of Law. In short, Colombia has demonstrated that a past marked by political violence is not solved solely by the formula of economic growth, market opening, foreign investment and freedom of enterprise. |
