Sumario:This work arises from the constant concern about the teaching performance at the level of higher education institutions and the relationship that this has with the organizational culture that the institution professes. Higher education institutions require a good teaching performance and also to have good interpersonal relationships, teamwork and excellent communication. When a poor organizational culture is observed in the institution, there is also a low teaching performance. The purpose of the study is to present the methodology and tools that will allow universities to determine the relationship between these two variables. In this sense, according to previous research, it is based on the premise and the assumption that there is a significant relationship between the organizational culture and the teaching performance; however, it is necessary to demonstrate it by applying one or more tools that support this relationship. With the results that can be obtained from them, one can see the strengths and weaknesses that will have great value in educational institutions, according to their own situation and needs.
