Resumo:The oil palm sector in Ecuador is an economic activity that helps promote development in the country and Canton Quinindé, currently affected by the lack of control in the administration and costs as incurred has now lost that affect it . Through data demonstrating ANCUPA, this industry is vulnerable to various changes that are taking place in the country, it also identifies that there are shortcomings on the workings of the costs of planting, harvesting and production of palm in the sector. Quinindé is a Canton that ANCUPA database is characterized by the production of palm oil, which is developed in 42% of an empirical or traditional process that does not identify the shortcomings at the time of control way. With the information necessary proceeded to develop tables, graphs to support the analysis and conclusions of the investigation, the same as it resulted in the sector oil palm lack of administrative and operating system it affects the efficient development of the same; to solve this problem is proposed to design an improvement plan for administrative and operational system for the oil palm industry Quinindé canton, which lets you apply controls defined for the fulfillment of its objectives to achieve. The results establish that 56.9% of palm growers no manage budgets; technical assistance for production control 86.6% of oil palm receives a casual basis.
