For the solution, it is proposed to develop a strategy for the learning of Natural Sciences for students of the Higher Basic Education levels in the blended modality. This investigation was developed under a qualitative-quantitative approach, so he used observation and survey to diagnostic the situation of Natural Science learning strategies for UECIB students "El Chaquiñán". Which have allowed to obtain as a result that teachers not have innovative strategies for teaching CCNN, students have not assumed the active role in education, so 68.4% of students sometimes look for their own strategies to learn and perform their tasks and 10.5% never do. Which led to the conclusion that the proposal contributes significantly to improve the learning of CCNN in students, so that a series of activities framed in the developed learning.La investigación desarrollada abordó una problemática enmarcada en el deficiente aprovechamiento de los educandos de la UECIB “El Chaquiñan” relacionado con el bajo nivel de conocimiento de los educandos sobre la existencia y aplicación de estrategias de aprendizaje, que permitan llamar la atención del estudiante al gusto por el aprendizaje y por cultivar el aspecto intelectual y cultural de sus mentes. Para la solución se plantea elaborar una estrategia para el aprendizaje de las Ciencias Naturales para los estudiantes de los niveles de Educación Básica Superior en la modalidad semipresencial. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, es así que utilizó la observación y la encuesta para el diagnóstico de la situación de las estrategias de aprendizaje de las Ciencias Naturales para los estudiantes de la UECIB “El Chaquiñán”. Los cuales han permitido obtener como resultado que los docentes desconocen estrategias innovadoras para la enseñanza de las CCNN, los estudiantes no han asumido su rol activo en la educación, así el 68,4% de los estudiantes a veces busca sus propias estrategias para aprender y realizar sus tareas y el 10,5% nunca lo hace.
