Sumario:In the research done, the author is guided by the following research problem: How to help the cognitive development of students at the level of Semi-Presential Basic and Higher Education through the use of technology, and assumes as the object of the research the process of blended learning teaching, in conjunction with the field of action determined by the use of technology in blended learning teaching. These aspects appeal to be defined as a general objective: To elaborate a model of technological resource with the use of an educational platform for the cognitive development of students of the level of Semi Presential Basic Higher Education. From a mixed approach as a general conception of research, the following methods are used: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, systemic approach, interview, survey, documentary analysis, specialist criteria, user criteria and descriptive statistics. In order to respond to the problem and achieve the research objective, a multimedia and didactic content is designed in the Exelearning Educational Platform, as well as interactive games that support the cognitive development of students. This is validated by means of specialist criteria and user criteria with significant criteria that allow us to demonstrate its feasibility, viability and relevance for the teaching and learning of Mathematics in Semi attendance Basic and Higher Education.
