| Sumario: | Sexual assault is an act of significant cruelty against the victim and their freedom sexual; breaks into their privacy, compromising their physical, psychological and Social. The consequences of a sexual assault vary according to with the characteristics of those involved in this experience and according to the context in which the fact occurs, hence its complexity when analyzing this type of crime. It is not about labels, it is important that the particularities of each aggression are identified in the victim and especially in the aggressor, so that their approach does not focus exclusively to the possible legal sanctions, but to contribute to the process of successful rehabilitation with the aim of reducing recidivism in this criminal behavior. |
