Sumario:This project entitled "Family counseling and socio-affective development of children aged 3 to 4 years with Down syndrome", which consisted of training families to improve the emotional state of children through the adaptability of future situations that help children grow up in society. The base of this investigation is the importance as a key element in the adequate development with the emotional and social at an early age. The bond that exists between the members of the family is very important for any person, even more so for those who have Down syndrome. The family is the axis of the society, this is the one that helps its members to overcome any inconvenience, that is why it is indispensable that it accept the members with their difficulties and limitations………
