Sumario:ABSTRACT: It is important to consider the close relationship between human beings and the environment, this project analyzes the ergonomic risks in the workplaces of the Planning Directorate of EMAPAL EP in the Azogues canton, with the aim of identifying and evaluating ergonomic risks to which workers are exposed, at the same time, it proposes preventive / corrective measures in order to safeguard the physical well-being of workers, bearing in mind that ergonomics and occupational risk prevention are important aspects that guarantee a healthy and safe work environment. In the identification of ergonomic risks, the INSST risk assessment matrix, the Kuorinka Nordic standardized questionnaire for muscle-tendon symptoms and the ERGOPAR method are applied. For the evaluation of risks, the ROSA method is used to analyze office positions, obtaining risk levels 1, 2 and 3, the RULA method for the analysis of postural load using the RULER tool in the measurement of angles, obtaining performance levels 2 and 3; for the study of repetitive movements, the OCRA Check List method is used, reaching results such as a Mild Unacceptable Risk and Uncertain Risk; and, the GINSHT method is applied for the interpretation in the manual handling of loads, resulting in a Non-Tolerable Risk. To conclude, a program for the prevention of ergonomic risk factors is proposed. Keywords: ergonomic risks, workplaces, identification, evaluation, prevention of ergonomic risks.
