| Resumo: | The proposal for the creation of a Training and Entrepreneurship Center for women victims of domestic violence in Otavalo Canton, Imbabura Province was born in light of the high statistics reflected in recent years, regarding gender violence in the country, in other words, Otavalo is also part of the statistics, so it is important to generate strategies that provide resilience, but above all, grant women social and economic independence, since this would be the first reason why the victim does not leave from their attacker. This research has proposed objectives and strategies both for financing to achieve dreams of women in vulnerable situations and for having a teamwork trained and sensitized to this global problem, but most importantly, reaching the victims to impart the knowledge of administration. Within the training plan, necessary topics of interest have been determined for the full development of a low-budget enterprise and with a vision to be an example for other organizations due to the support and positive results. |
