The general objective of implementing a training program in virtual education for the improvement of the use of technological didactic resources in the teaching-learning process emerges from this. To achieve this, we start from a quantitative approach together with a deductive methodology which contributes to the collection of data through the application of instruments to the teachers of the primary section of the Institution, which are based on the adequate use of digital resources. as a tool in the teaching process, the same ones that allowed to reach the following conclusions: the survey applied to the teachers of the primary section of the Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Educational Unit, contributed to the approach and planning of the virtual education program, the same as was validated through the assertive criteria of the Basic Education specialists who have several years of teaching experience, which allowed the immediate application of the designed training program and the same that was partially applied to the teachers of the primary section of the Educational Institution, which obtained a favorable acceptance This can be seen in the tabulation of the assessment instrument, which encourages the use of technological didactic resources oriented to the area of language and literature.La presente investigación se orienta a resolver el siguiente problema ¿Cómo mejorar la educación virtual de los docentes y el uso de los recursos didácticos tecnológicos? De esto se desprende el objetivo general que plantea implementar un programa de capacitación en educación virtual para el mejoramiento del uso de los recursos didácticos tecnológicos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Para lograrlo se parte de un enfoque cuantitativo conjuntamente con una metodología deductiva la cual contribuye a la recolección de datos mediante la aplicación de instrumentos a los docentes de la sección primaria de la Institución, los cuales están planteados en base al uso adecuado de los recursos digitales como herramienta en el proceso de enseñanza, los mismos que permitieron arribar a las siguientes conclusiones: la encuesta aplicada a los docentes de la sección primaria de la Unidad Educativa Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, contribuyó al planteamiento y planificación programa de educación virtual, el mismo que fue validado mediante el criterio asertivo de las especialistas en Educación Básica las mismas que cuentan con varios años de experiencia en la docencia, lo que permitió la aplicación inmediata del programa de capacitación diseñado y el mismo que fue aplicado de manera parcial a los docentes de la sección primaria de la Institución Educativa, el cual obtuvo una aceptación favorable la misma que se ve reflejada en la tabulación del instrumento de valoración, con el cual se incentiva al uso de recursos didácticos tecnológicos orientados al área de lengua y literatura.Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi: UTC.Mendoza, Melquiades2021-11-11T16:09:03Z2021-11-11T16:09:03Z2021-08info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis57 páginasAyala Trujillo Gabriela Maritza (2021), Educación virtual y recursos didácticos tecnológicos.
