Resumo:This research is aimed at solving the following problem: How to improve the virtual education of teachers and the use of technological didactic resources? The general objective of implementing a training program in virtual education for the improvement of the use of technological didactic resources in the teaching-learning process emerges from this. To achieve this, we start from a quantitative approach together with a deductive methodology which contributes to the collection of data through the application of instruments to the teachers of the primary section of the Institution, which are based on the adequate use of digital resources. as a tool in the teaching process, the same ones that allowed to reach the following conclusions: the survey applied to the teachers of the primary section of the Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Educational Unit, contributed to the approach and planning of the virtual education program, the same as was validated through the assertive criteria of the Basic Education specialists who have several years of teaching experience, which allowed the immediate application of the designed training program and the same that was partially applied to the teachers of the primary section of the Educational Institution, which obtained a favorable acceptance This can be seen in the tabulation of the assessment instrument, which encourages the use of technological didactic resources oriented to the area of language and literature.
