| Resumo: | Teamwork in the practice of values in educational, baccalaureate college Catamayo Catamayo Canton, in the province of Loja, in the period 2012 - . Alternative 2013 Guidelines was delimited to investigate how does teamwork in practice of teacher performance values Baccalaureate College Catamayo? The overall objective determines the influence of teamwork in the practice of values , teachers, Baccalaureate College “Catamayo “Canton Catamayo, in the province of Loja, in the period 2012 - 2013 methods was used. Inductive - deductive; Analytical - synthetic. And the survey technique. Population: 39 teachers, 720 students, 390 parents. Sample: 90 students, 80 parents, 39 teachers. Conclusion: students, parents and teachers surveyed report that teamwork in the practice of values does not affect the performance of the teacher, not interacting with the educational community. |
