Sumario:To understand the historical moment that the country is experiencing before a "citizen revolution" project, it is necessary to analyze how the political, legal, economic and sociocultural spheres are conceived in Ecuadorian society and how these aspects are reflected in the new constitution. For this reason, it is relevant to analyze each of the different structural elements that make up this new country proposal, under an ethical-political reading that allows us to understand the new challenges and the direction that Ecuador will take from this moment on.
