Sumario:The purpose of this project is to know the feasibility of the introduction and commercialization of a Natural antifungal lotion as a new alternative to prevent, to cure and/or to paddle a very known dermatological illness in the middle like is the pitiriasis versicolor (paño blanco). The main component of the Lotion Antifungal Natural CONYDERM is the alcoholic statement of the plant Conyza Bonariensis (known as shin of deer). The market will be analyzed to which the product wants to be focused initially, as well as its financial projection and the plan of marketing in which the function of the business was evaluated like its operation and its relation with the microeconomic and macroeconomic environment. PM Natural' s will carry out an investigation of market to know the acceptance that would have the lotion Conyderm in the City of Guayaquil and for their expansion in the European market, since the statistics show that the natural products have a notable acceptance in the European market. Finally a financial analysis will be carried out in which the feasibility of the implementation of strategies for the so much positioning of the business will be evaluated like of the product in the market Guayaquileño and expansion in the European market. And in this way to offer them a more attractive image to the external and internal client.
