| Sumario: | Teleworking has gained great momentum in these times, especially in those countries where it was not very common to carry out this practice, such is the case of the Dominican Republic. This research aims to analyze teleworking in times of pandemic from the perspective of the collaborator. The research method used was deductive, with a quantitative approach. The techniques used were the survey and the non-probabilistic sampling technique. An online survey was applied to 202 people who telecommute in the Dominican Republic from different economic sectors of the country. It was concluded that the main advantage of teleworking was the flexibility it provides to employees, and the main disadvantage of teleworking was excessive working hours. |
