| Sumario: | The objective of this study was to know the challenges and possibilities of telework during the Covid-19 pandemic for human resource managers who work in Manaus-AM. For this, it was conducted an exploratory research, qualitative approach, whose methodological strategy was the case study. For data collection semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the treatment and understanding of the data was based on content analysis. Como resultados, destaca-se a transformação laboral catalisada pela pandemia da Covid-19 e a aceitação das empresas em avaliar o teletrabalho como modalidade definitiva e produtiva. |
